LOW FIELD
TALKING ABOUT THE WEATHER

Written and recorded in October 2023 at Studio Kura, an artist-in-residence programme in Itoshima, Japan. These demos were made over a 4 week period and take inspiration from new surroundings, routines and interactions. Short moving image works accompany the songs, created using pinhole cameras and video distortion techniques.

Low Field is an ongoing music project of London based art director, Ed Seymour. Working in collaboration with other musicians and artists, the project brings together influences and ideas of New Wave, Art Pop and Shoegaze. Visual experimentation runs in parallel to the project, with new imagery created for each track.
